Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. She is best known as anchor for the CNN morning program At This Hour. She was previously the co-anchor for CNN's morning shows New Day on weekdays and The Situation Room. Bolduan took part in CNNs award-winning reporting of the presidential election of 2012 and 2016. Bolduan has also reported from Washington DC, she has been covering the US House of Reps. as well as the US Senate. Bolduan covered congressional and legislative occasions, including discussions for raising the federal debt ceiling and super committee discussions. She has also served as an assignment reporter covering general news events such as the 2009 Christmas Day bombing attempt the landmark Supreme Court decision on Obamacare as well as the implementation of the government's stimulus program in 2009.
